S2 RANGER – Unrivalled analytical performance
The S2 RANGER performs multielement analysis from Sodium (Na) to Uranium (U) from 100% down to the ppm-level in solids, powders or liquids with little or no sample preparation. Unrivalled analytical performance is ensured by using the highest power in direct excitation geometry. The award-winning Bruker AXS XFlash silicon drift detector technology provides best energy resolution with highest countrates. This unique combination of excitation and detection power guaranties good element separation, low detection limits, highest precision and best stability.
S2 RANGER with XFlash® LE – Best in class for light element analysis
The combination of the brand new XFlash® LE detector with 50 W direct excitation power in the S2 RANGER significantly enhances the analytical performance for light elements and eliminates conventional limitations of benchtop EDXRF systems for sodium and magnesium. This increase in performance extends the applications range of the S2 RANGER even further.
The S2 RANGER is characterized by its compact all-in-one design with integrated pc, printer and vacuum pump minimizing consequently the space requirements. The operational costs of the S2 RANGER are also minimized - no additional vacuum, compressed air or liquid nitrogen is needed.
